In just 3 weeks the power price for 2021 decreased with 5.24%. Is this the right moment to contract?

The general complete trading history of the power product with delivery in 2021 as baseload profile, started on February 20, 2019, shows us an important difference of lei 90/MWh between the smallest and largest traded prices.

Whilst on August 26, 2019, Land Power was selling 1 MW of baseload power for 2021 at the price of lei 325/MWh to Apuron Energy, on March 27, 2020, a total of 14 MW of the same product was sold by OMV Petrom and Entrex Services to Grenerg, Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrica Transilvania Nord, Electrica Furnizare and CEZ Vanzare at lei 235/MWh.

The price level is confirmed also by the 4 transactions (total of 20 MW) concluded yesterday, July 28, 2020 at lei 246,00/MWh, one of these (5 MW) involving even Nuclearelectrica as seller and Electrica Furnizare as buyer, but will it continue or not?
