The day of 17.12.2020 goes down in history with the highest hourly price of DAM, respectively lei 730.38/ MWh. Also the average DAM price from the peak intervals of the same day registers a new record value: lei 691.23/ MWh. At the level of the whole day of 17.12.2020, only lei 1.45 / MWh separated the registered daily DAM price (lei 503.71/ MWh) from a new absolute maximum.
The previous records were reached at the beginning of 2017, but we hope that the general situation in the energy market will not be repeated.
